Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. The short version

Your checker answers and company details are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are used there to generate your documents. We also operate user accounts so customers can manage purchases, registered apps, widget tokens, and basic deployment activity linked to those tokens.

2. What we do process

Account data: when you sign up we store your email address, a hashed password, account sessions, and the purchases linked to that email so you can access your account securely.

Deployment inventory: if you register apps in your account, we store the app name, website, service type, enabled services, token value, token usage count, and last-use timestamp so both you and we can understand where Disclosely is deployed.

Payments:handled by Stripe, Inc. as an independent processor. We receive a payment confirmation (session id, amount, tier) but never your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention, retained for a limited period.

3. Cookies

We set an authenticated session cookie when you log in. We do not set ad-tech or cross-site tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout as described in their policy.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding personal data we process. Since a portion of kit data still lives in your browser, you can clear local browser storage at any time. Account and deployment records can be updated through your account or by contacting us.
