1. What Disclosely is

Disclosely is a self-service software tool that converts your answers about how you use AI into structured information about the transparency obligations of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "EU AI Act"), and generates template documents, disclosure texts and an embeddable disclosure widget.

2. Not legal advice

Disclosely provides information and tooling, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. Regulations change and their application depends on your specific facts. You are responsible for verifying that your implementation meets your legal obligations; for binding advice, consult a qualified lawyer.

3. Purchases

Kits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Because documents are generated and delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable once the kit has been generated - except where required by law. If something is broken, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

4. Licence

You may use generated documents and the widget for the company (or, on the Agency tier, the client companies) they were generated for. You may not resell the kit itself as a standalone product.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
